“Naomi is amazing. She is super knowledgeable, capable, a great communicator and just a fantastic agent to work with. We had an almost impossible task for her - to sell our condo in 30 days. We contacted her in the morning and she was already at the property in the afternoon. She got the listing up immediately and found a buyer in a couple of days. “She is absolutely amazing! She helped us buy our new home and she was thorough, dedicated, pleasant and responsive throughout the entire process.
In the initial stage, when we were searching for houses, she searched houses not only in the area and in the price range we were considering but also nearby areas that had a similar environment and had lower listing price just in case there was the perfect house for us at a lower price. She was also honest with her opinions, so that she would point out what potential downsides she saw with a house (e.g., lots of parked cars on the streets in the evening, traffic / noise, where she thought may need upgrades, etc.) so that it's not like she's there to sell us any house.
In the offer/negotiation stage, she was very careful in arranging the offer and counter offers for our benefit and walked us through every detail of the draft offer so that we became 100% comfortable with what we're offering.
What truly amazed us is that she also helped us in arranging post-closing matters, such as negotiating a lease-back with the sellers (we could not immediately move due to the lockdown) and coordinating with local contractors to do improvements while the house was vacant (such as repainting the interior walls), which enabled us to smoothly move into our new house with everything taken care of beforehand. Our prior experience was that agents are with you up until the closing, and after that, you're on your own, so this was a huge surprise to us and shows that she truly cares about her clients. We are so grateful to Naomi and we would recommend her to anyone looking for a real estate agent."

We moved to San Diego from Canada and we couldn't have been luckier to find Naomi as our agent. She was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and willing to accommodate our demanding schedule. We made three trips in from Canada to do house hunting and each time Naomi bent over backwards to make sure we saw every house we wanted to see (which was a lot!), and she kept us up to date with conditions while we were in Canada.
Naomi also helped us navigate some of the muck surrounding an international move and we ended up switching our mortgage broker to one that Naomi recommended, which helped tremendously. We ended up with an awesome house and even though the deal has long closed, Naomi has been extremely helpful in following up and making sure we are settled and everything is going smoothly. We would 110% recommend her to anyone else looking to buy or sell in the San Diego area.
